1. Access Portal Login Page
- Using any browser, go to: https://myapplications.my.site.com/gsgrantee
- Select Create Account
2. Enter Contact Information
- First Name (required)
- Middle Name (optional)
- Last Name (required)
- Email/Username (required); this email must be associated with the organization (same domain) to gain access.
- Confirm Email/Username (required).
- Are you representing an Organization or Group with this profile?
Select [Yes] - Select [Next]
If you are registering as an individual, have an active fellowship or scholarship, please select No.
3. Enter Organization Registration
- Organization Name (required); this name must match what is listed on your legal registration.
- Are you a registered US Charity? (optional - only applies to US-based organizations)
- EIN (optional - only applies to US-based organizations)
- Legal Address (Country/Territory), (required); click on drop-down to select.
- Legal Address Street (required)
- Legal Address City (required)
- Legal Address State/Province (required)
- Legal Address Zip/Postal Code (required)
- Mailing Address is the same as legal, slide bar to activate it and legal address will be copied.
- Mailing Address (optional)
- Phone (optional)
- Agree to Terms and Conditions; check the box.
- Select Submit.
Our team will review your request and will send a confirmation access email within 48 hours.
