How to View My Grant History

On the Home tab, scroll down to My Grants table

Here you can see the Grant Number, Name, Type, Amount, and Status.

Understanding the Grant Record

Each grant will be listed individually in your My Grants table. The Grant Record provides detailed information about the grant, including award details, payments, reports, and associated files such as your Grant Award Letter.

Please note that you do not have access to update a Grant Record directly, as it is in view-only mode. To request changes, click on Request Changes to initiate an amendment. For more information on this process, refer to this article.

 

To open a Grant, click on the action arrow and select [Edit].

Area Information provided
Header Provides details such as grant number, grant type, start and end dates, and final report Due Date (if applicable).
Details Provides details such as approved amounts, Grants Officer and Recommender, Approval Date and members of your team associated with this grant.
Files Provides access to files submitted during the application process and final counter signed copy of the grant letter.
Reports Table providing listing of all reports scheduled, due date and status for this grant only.
Payments Table providing listing of all payments scheduled, due dates and status for this grant only.
