How to Update a Proposal that has Revision Requested?

Once a proposal is submitted to the Foundation, its status will be marked as Under Review. During the Program Team's review, they may request edits to your application to complete the process. If edits are needed, you will receive an email notification outlining the changes. This article provides assistance on how to review the proposal and resubmit.

Open and Edit Proposal

From your Home Page:

  1. Scroll down to My Proposal table.
  2. Select a proposal with the status Revision Required.
  3. Click on [Manage] to open.

Make Revisions as directed

  • At the top of the proposal, a revision note from your program team will display.
  • Make the necessary edits as directed.
  • To begin edits, click on [Edit Details].
  • Scroll down to the section that requires the edits

For quick access to areas requiring edits, use the step navigation on the right-hand-side.

Resubmit proposal

  • Using the Step Navigation, click on the last section, Data Privacy Declaration.
  • Accept terms. Click on I have read and understood.
  • Click [Submit].

The proposal is resubmitted, and the status should now be Under Review.
